Senior Financial Planning Analyst

Assist the Regional Controller and BUM in managing the reporting and analysis of monthly results, forecasts and profit plans for the Filtration South America Region. This role analyzes plant financial information, operational and financial data/metrics. This role also provides financial analysis to support the South American Business Unit Manager.

A. Prepare commentary and variance analysis for monthly, quarterly and annual forecast requirements. Prepare multiple reporting requests and provide analyses as required including monthly commentary package
B. Support the monthly closing processes. Provide month end accounting support including balance sheet reconciliations
C. Assist with the annual profit planning process. Prepare schedules and supporting analysis to adequately explain the profit plan financials.
D. Participate in financial analysis to support Regional Controller and BUM in various Plant Expansion projects involving multiple sites or product lines where ambiguity exists.
E. Analytics – Prepare analysis/metrics that provide value-added business insights. Utilize DFT to provide detailed reporting. Generate standard template for monthly business reviews and other standard monthly reporting.
F. Prepare supporting sub ledgers as required. Assist and support BUM and Regional Controller in the business analysis and monthly review report and meeting.
G. Assist plants in resolving accounting problems; provide responses to Region and Division requests for data
H. Reconcile and properly account for Capital Spending in accordance with Divisional and Corporate Finance Policies
I. Work in a team environment to drive improvement in financial processes and reports through tools/systems, automation and standardization

• BS degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA/MBA; Six-Sigma Experience around problem solving a plus
Experience:
• Professional experience in progressively complex and varied assignments including a role as a financial analyst in a manufacturing company
• Experience in working with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
• Good working knowledge of GAAP and excellent understanding of cost accounting in a manufacturing environment
• Must have a sense of urgency and ability to demonstrate an emphasis on continuous process improvement
• Excellent knowledge of BI tools such as DFT and Encore
• Knowledge and familiarity for Division reporting requirements demanded by a large multinational public company
• Technical capability to prepare, analyze and interpret financial and operational data/reports.

Job Summary:Responsible for monitoring all types of clinical trials; assures adherence to Good Clinical Practices, investigator integrity, and compliance with all study procedures. May serve in Lead CRA role. Core Responsibilities:1. Communication
• Maintains timely and effective communication among team members and site staff.
• Keeps project leadership apprised of team issues, seeking guidance as needed.
• Participates in Business Development client presentations and bid defenses as requested.

2. Regulatory Documentation
• Assures compliance with CFR, State regulations, ICH and GCP guidelines and INC Research and sponsor SOPs.

• Maintains current regulatory documentation according to Essential Regulatory Document Guidelines (ERDG) and Trial Master File (TMF) Plan.
• Participates in TMF and on-site audits as requested.

3. Monitoring
• Assumes responsibility for site management and site staff performance including:
• Monitors all types of clinical trials.
• Participates in all types of site visits.
• Assures Principal Investigator (PI) integrity.
• Assures compliance with all protocol requirements.
• Assures effective patient identification and recruitment plan is in place.
• Assures timely reporting of AEs/ SAEs and Protocol Violations.

• Regularly performs Investigational Product (IP) accountability.
• Regularly reviews the status of contents of the site Regulatory Binder.
• Resolves problematic issues in a productive way.
• Exhibits effective time management skills.
• Performs observation visits with less experienced CRAs.

4. Data Handling
• Performs source document verification (SDV) according to contractual requirements.
• Assures timely completion and submission of CRFs according to Clinical Monitoring Plan (CMP) and / or Data Management Plan (DMP).

• Assures timely and accurate completion of Data Clarification Forms (DCFs).
• Performs clinical data listings reviews as needed.

5. Reporting and Tracking
• Completes and submits visit reports according to SOP/WI or sponsor requirements and requiring minimal revisions.
• Maintains awareness of key study performance indicators for own sites, e.g. TCRs, patient enrollment, SAEs.

• Updates study and patient status information and serves as (CTMS) resource for PM/LCRA.
• Tracks Investigator payments/ milestones, if requested.
• Documents and tracks the resolution of all outstanding site-specific protocol-related issues from visit to visit.

6. Administrative
• Prepares for and attends investigator’s meetings as requested. May present as requested.
• Assists with the preparation of study start up materials and tools, as requested.
• Attends clinical monitoring staff meetings, project team meetings, clinical committees, and clinical training sessions according to the project Communication, Monitoring and / or Training Plans.
• May assume Lead CRA role and/ or assist with LCRA activities, e.g., tool development, study plans, team training.

Requires a BA/BS degree in the science/health care field or nursing degree or equivalent combined education and experience plus nominal clinical or related research experience some independent field monitoring experience. Requires strong organizational, documentation and interpersonal skills as well as a willingness to work within a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and voicemail is required. Must have valid, current driver’s license and ability to secure corporate credit card.

The Brazil Sales Operations Manager is a key business advisor to our global sales and operations executives. The area: Product and Technical Sales Support

The Product & Technical Sales Support (PTSS) team serves as the primary point of contact for our global Sales, Business Development, and Partnerships teams to support our sales organization across all products. We provide tools so that our sales teams can focus on generating revenue and leverage our strong relationships with Google's Tech teams to enable our sales organization to do multi-solution selling, launch and support new products, and help and engage our users.



The role: Technical Account Manager, DoubleClick for Advertisers



Inspire companies to "go Google." The Enterprise team at Google brings the power of cloud computing to small and large businesses, educational institutions and government agencies. As a Technical Account Manager, you are responsible for providing technical solutions and managing relationships with Google's largest and most strategic online advertisers. As a liaison between your clients and our technical staff, you flawlessly lead deployments, implementations and integrations of a variety of our product lines (such as Search, Mobile, Video and Commerce). From monitoring product performance to debugging and troubleshooting product code, you are the resident expert that addresses partner needs, helping to increase revenue and drive new business opportunities. You are a technical expert with an entrepreneurial drive and passion for client management.


Responsibilities:



· Scope and collect customer requirements, provide guidance on best practices and applying technology and product knowledge to address customer's business and technology needs



· Oversee implementation projects through the complete life-cycle including scoping, planning, execution, implementation/roll-out, and close.



· Act as point of contact to provide consultative technical support and strategic relationship management to top online agencies and advertisers



· Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales and Engineering to drive customer communications, feature prioritization, and technical issue resolution, resulting in the highest level of customer satisfaction



· Design and implement client training programs onsite and webinars for our display and search advertising products, DoubleClick for Advertisers and DoubleClick Search


Minimum Qualifications:



· BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience).



· 2 years experience working in a client-facing capacity.



· Knowledge of SQL, HTML, and JavaScript or prior experience troubleshooting technical issues.


Preferred Qualifications:



· Internet or advertising industry knowledge.



· Excellent communication skills.



· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.



· Ability to read programming language (this is not a programming position).

The New Products, Media and Platforms (NPMP) group is the link between Product and Sales at Google. NPMP helps take product innovations and turns them into client solutions that enable our customers to get the most out of their spend with Google. NPMP team members ensure we have the right commercial strategy for our products and bring product expertise to Sales, enabling front-line Sales partners to sell effectively and quickly. The role: Media Manager

Google's Sales Advertising Operations team is devoted to finding relevant solutions that meet our clients' changing advertising needs. When things don't go according to plan, Media Coordinators are there to save the day. The team provides clients with technical and process support for their ad media purchases. To do that, you assemble and review ads to ensure that they are delivered, displaying and operating properly. However, problem-solving isn't just about being reactive; you think proactively by recognizing trends and ad quality concerns, identifying process changes and developing contingency plans for potential setbacks. As you gain insights and analyze ad delivery metrics, you are trusted to recommend changes that keep campaigns sailing smoothly.


Responsibilities:



· Conduct data validation checks and approve reservations.



· Traffic and manage online advertising campaigns.



· Upload and QA third-party ad tags to ensure that they meet requirements.



· Interact with internal sales teams and external clients at advertising agencies to ensure successful advertising campaigns.



· Support teams with campaign changes and updates during the flight.


Minimum Qualifications:



· BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience).



· 1 year of experience in ad operation role, quality assurance, online marketing or rich-media advertising.


Preferred Qualifications:



· Knowledgeable about new and emerging internet-based media in a Web 2.0 world.



· Experience using DART, Atlas, Eyeblaster, Mediaplex or other advertiser ad server.



· Knowledge of Flash, web trafficking tools, JavaScript, and HTML.



· Fluent in English.
